Nutrition

Having the proper nutrition is very important as far as health is concerned. The human body requires sufficient vitamins, protein, fat, minerals, etc. in order to function efficiently. It will also help to strengthen the immunity of your body. And when you have a solid immunity, your body will be safe from diseases and you will not need medical drugs for anything.

Physiological

Rest and relaxation is very important so that your body and mind can recuperate. Just like your body’s muscles get sore, your brain also requires time so that it can cool down. Without getting enough relaxation and rest, your body is going to start functioning inefficiently and performance will decrease too. There are many complications which may arise at such times. This is where getting sufficient sleep is very important. Relaxing between physical activities is essential for the proper growth of your body.
